OKLAHOMA CITY — Fewer people are dying in accidents on Oklahoma roadways this year compared to the same time in 2008. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported Sunday there have been 245 traffic-related fatalities so far this year on Oklahoma roads and highways.
